Tim joined Ameri-Tech as CFO in May of 2007. In addition to his experience as an auditor, controller, cost accountant and manager of general accounting, Tim has been the CFO of two different international growth companies. As part of a team that took a “greenfield” manufacturing operation in Ireland to sales and distribution in 44 countries. Additionally, as director of finance for another company, Tim assisted with strategic acquisitions, accounting for multi-national operations and improvements related to working capital, financial reporting and ERP implementation.
Tim has significant experience in working with state and international governments in developing and implementing incentive programs to induce manufacturers to build or expand their facilities. This included programs to expand facilities in Alabama, Louisiana and Europe, where he managed finance and accounting for the projects.
